Oolong tea, whose Chinese name means black dragon tea has all the benefits of antioxidants that are helpful in reducing aging, high blood pressure and heart disease. It is also a refreshing tea that is an aid to digestion.

Instructions:

Put the tea bag in a glass. Pour boiling water (80°C/171°F) and leave for 5-10 minutes.
