Jasmine tea is traditionally used to greet visitors. This special blend by Cat Nghi Tea offers a fantastic warm welcome.
The Jasmine flowers are picked and mated to the tea overnight, the moisture from the opening flowers then has to be baked off to prevent spoilage. The process can be repeated up to four times to increase the intensity of the flavor.
Unopened buds are picked and then placed with the tea as they open to release the flavor from the Jasmine and have the tea take on the delicious aroma and flavor associated with Jasmine tea.
Instructions:
Put the tea bag in a glass. Pour boiling water (80°C/171°F) and leave for 3-5 minutes.
Storage:
Close tightly, store in a cool, dry place.
